Booking terms are issued with every quotation. This page sets out how the deposit works and what happens if you have to cancel.

Paying for your trip

A 30% deposit holds your dates and the balance is due 90 days before you arrive.

Cancellation policy

We understand that plans change. Our official cancellation policy is as follows:

The deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Credit on the balance.

• For cancellations made between 105 and 90 days prior to departure, we offer a full credit of your balance (excluding the deposit) to be used for a future trip within two years.
• For cancellations between 90 and 75 days prior to departure, we offer a 50% credit of your balance for future trips.
• For cancellations fewer than 75 days prior to departure, no credit is available.

We highly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
