Our Home, Your Adventure

We’re Susi and Benji, and Epic Italy is our way of sharing the life we love.

Susi and Ben

Every year we host a small number of private groups in northern Italy. Bassano del Grappa, our home, sits between vineyards, quiet villages and the climbs of Monte Grappa and the Dolomites, on roads the Giro d’Italia has passed through time and again.

Benji has been on a bike since he was a teenager and knows every climb, café stop, and quiet back road around Bassano. Susi grew up here, is training as a sommelier, and knows the best family run restaurants and tucked-away vineyards.

Together, we’ve built Epic Italy to feel like joining old friends at the place they call home.

Con affetto,
Susi & Benji

“My mother and I booked a self-guided trip with Epic Italy… Ben and Susi took care of everything for us, and we never felt alone even though the trip was self-guided.”

- Hulda S., Norway

Where You’ll Ride

With us, the ride always fits the rider. The pace is tailored to the group, with time for café stops, photos, and soaking up the views.

Choose your landscape. Optional climbs can be added along the way, so everyone rides at their own level.

Bassano del Grappa and Monte Grappa
Bassano & Monte Grappa

Prosecco hills
The Prosecco Hills

Endless gravel tracks and quiet roads through the home of Prosecco, the Colli Asolani and Montello reds, and Treviso, birthplace of tiramisù.

Lake Garda
Lake Garda & Trento

Winding cycle paths down to Italy’s largest lake, a swim after the ride, and the Moser family winery with its museum celebrating Francesco Moser.

Mountains above the clouds, with the Dolomites behind
The Dolomites & Valsugana

The passes of the Dolomites for those chasing a summit, or the valley cycle paths of the Valsugana for an easier day.

“Despite booking at the last minute, everything was flawlessly organized from start to finish. The cycling routes were simply spectacular: panoramic roads, picturesque villages, breathtaking scenery, a few perfectly placed climbs to earn our aperitivo…”

- Manu & Cath, Canada
